Martial Arts and Fitness Instruction in Millington
Master Mark Pagano has trained in the art of Tang Soo Do karate for over 30 years. After moving to the Eastern Shore of Maryland, he established the Eastern Shore Tang Soo Do karate school http://easternshoretangsoodo.com/ in May of 2009. https://www.facebook.com/ESTSDKarate/about/ He currently holds the rank of 5th degree Black Belt and sits on the Technical Committee for the International Tang Soo Do Federation (TM). Additionally, Master Pagano has a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Delaware, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from West Chester University, PA. and is a Personal Trainer, and a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. We offer Personal Instruction in Health and Fitness, Small Group Training, and Strength and Conditioning Classes.
Certified Instructor Stephen Marvel started training in Tang Soo Do at the age of 10 with Master Pagano. He was born and raised in Millington, is a graduate of Kent County High School, and is attending Washington College. He holds the rank of 3rd degree Black Belt and has been recently named as the Head Instructor for the Millington School.
Certified Junior Instructor Katherine Pagano has been training in Tang Soo Do since the age of 4 years. She is a prominent Instructor for Eastern Shore Tang Soo Do, and currently attends Kent County High School. Following in her her father's footsteps, she has already earned the title of Forms Grand Champion twice at the annual National Championships and has competed in Championships throughout the East Coast and Mid-West since she was 6 years old.
Certified Instructor Robert Campbell, III began in Tae Kwon Do but switched disciplines and started training with Master Pagano in 2011, and he will be named as Head Instructor at our soon to be open Location in Middletown, DE.
